  1. I have a terrible time getting customer and editorial reviews for my books. People say they will review the book, I send them the book, but they never post the review. I tried Kirkus reviews but no one reviewed my books (and I have never received the refund). I tried your suggestions on getting reviewers but with no success. I have not been able to reach your target # for any of my books.
    Very discouraging
